Couldnβt agree more, practically what my substack is built around with some meanderings into other things that help humans human. Brava, sing it louder for the mamas in the back β written with one hand while the other tries to wrangle my 8 month old off the slipper heβs intent on eating πΉπ« π
Haha I feel you with the slipper...half the time I'm trying to post notes and update stuff with a screaming toddler in my arms or know I'll walk into yoghurt on the floor as my reward π I think it's such an important concept for mums because we can be labelled as inconsistent when so often the opposite is true...look forward to seeing more of your posts & thoughts on harnessing this and your profile name sums it up beautifully π«Ά
Haha oh yes, the mamas that get it get it & I think thatβs all of us π« this one gestures at exactly that though itβs a thread woven through a fair few of my articles since many of them are indeed tapped out while I watch yoghurt splatter to the floor πΉ π€

I've always thought of it as the idea of staying power, but that it doesn't mean showing up perfectly or relentlessly. It's been my biggest test juggling business & motherhood, over any of the strategies or hacks. So glad you're focusing in on this area and mums can shift how they relate to what consistency looks like. Reframing it has been a big part for me in not falling into comparison or feeling behind π«Ά
